It's a start up music company that says they need a bunch of interns and eventually they might hire one person.
Ok, I'm selling my house now...it's a nice 4 bed 2 bath in Bethpage. Any takers? I'll sell it for cheap.

Yes! That's exactly how I picture it. A bunch of young 20 somethings and DH at 43 trying to get the job that may pay him a salary someday.

I can sympathize / relate somewhat..
My DH has been unemployed for a year now but does construction...right now he is finishing his sister's basement..
He was like "it would be nice to do 3 or 4 of these a year"..So I said, oh in addition to a full time job, like as a side job? He was like no....as my job! I said ARE YOU IN A FANTASY WORLD!
