Bread and cheese has been the staples of my diet too. I noticed that to avoid the m/s I have to have grilled cheese or pizza all the time  it's making me fat!!!!

LOL...I had a bagel w/ cheese yest. morn. and this morn. and mac and cheese last nite, homemade though so not the fake stuff....LOL during the week, I have whole wheat bread w/ cheese for breakfast at work!!!! I also feel so good after I eat it, not sure why but I will keep doing that!!

yes this is what i lived on my whole first and part of my second trimester. To the point i was making cheese toast in the am for breakfast grilled cheese for lunch. and i would find myself eating a whole block of cheese in one sitting if i wasnt careful.
