adding some new classes into my routine
Hi
I am in pretty good shape but tend to work out and then stop, work out then stop etc. The one thing I always keep constant with is crossfit since we have a cross fit gym in our garage.
I want to also add in some classes but I am always intimidated to start a new class I don't know why. I want to find a VERY beginner yoga class. Does anyone know of any in the port Jefferson area?
thanks!

What gyms are in your area or did you want to just stick with a yoga studio?

If there's a hot yoga studio near you, this is totally geared to beginners.

Solei fitness in Selden (Rt 25 - Ruby Tuesday Parking lot) has a Yoga class that is beginner. I used to go there when I lived over that way.
