I don't have a picture of it, but I got mine at Home Depot. Its hanging above my garage.
I think its made by the company in this link. It looks very similar. Although they don't offer my color combination (gold on green). They show the one in the ground, but I know with the ones from Home Depot, you can hang them as well.

I have this sign:
It is magnetic. It comes with the numbers and letters and you apply it yourself. The whole thing is applied to a metal yard stake. Its in my front lawn. When you come by, I'll show it to you. I think the whole thing (magnetic sign, letters/numbers, and metal yard stake) was $30.
