Admissions Packet...Maybe FYI
So after seeing that some people started getting their packets, I called LIJ to see if they have my info (and when I can expect my packet) they have no info on me. So...called the drs office back and they are sending me a new form to fill out and hopefully this will get the ball rolling on my packet.
Just wanted to share...anyone delivering at LIJ that has not received their packet may want to look into this as well.

Might be early - I am a little crazy with these things...but considering that a few people delivering around the same time as me have already received theirs - I started worrying.

When I went for a tour of the hospital at Southside they gave us the pre-registration packet to fill out (we haven't yet) but they said its never too early.

I was told to have the hospital aware by 25-28 weeks in case of pre term labor, it solves problems from occuring.

agreed. i am 26 weeks. of course, i still want to tour the hospital...DH is too busy playing recreational basketball.

Im delivering at Southside as well! When did you go for the tour? My Doctor did not give me any paperwork for the hospital... just a notice saying you should be registered by 28 weeks...

my doctor gave me the packet at around 8 weeks. she told me i didnt have to return it for a few months though.
im 15 weeks now...but maybe i should just submit it at my next visit to get it over with?? dont know if its too soon though?

Hmmm, I'm deliverying at Stony Brook and I haven't received anything, nor has the doctor mentioned anything. Has anyone that is delivering there received anything? Maybe since I go to University Associates they are just all linked together? What exactly do you get in the packet?

I am delivering at St. Catherines on April 17th and never filled out any paperwork. hummm - looks like my doctor will be getting a call tomorrow.
