Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0
Is this good for a beginner?
It's time I start learning how to use this.
And I was hoping someone could give me some feed back.

Yes, definitely - i had NO experience whatsoever when i got 4.0 many years ago...it's WAY easier than CS....many features they add to that ADVANCED program are tested in Elements...
