Advice for DC weight gain

my twins were told they need to gain weight. they are 15 months and 19 lbs.
dr said a they need to eat more fat. Anything greasy & fried & creamy. Any ideas what i can feed them?

my ds drinks pediasure. you can try pasta with alfredo sauce, lots of butter and cheese on food, avocados have good fat.

ds loves the mac'n'cheese that is not kraft brand... the creamier ones

We were in the same situation. Try french fries!!!!!!!!!!! ETA: We also use Pediasure and that was per doctor's orders. You can buy it without a prescription but I would ask a doctor first.

thanks all. dr reccommended pediasure. i got some they seemed to like it. he also said mix half and half with the whole milk. last night i bought some fried foods and high fat ice cream.
now the challenge is to keep me thin and have them gain weight! =)
