Advice needed re babiesrus order

Ok so I ordered some bottles online because they are available online only from babiesrus website... they were sent via fedex and were supposed to be delivered on Wed. last week... so now Wed. Thu. and Fri. their freaking tracking website shows that they tried to deliver but customer was not available/business closed... meanwhile I am at home all day with my ds (and I wish I could at least go outside for a walk right?) I live in a 22 story apartment building so I go and ask the security guard downstairs and he checks their log and what do you know fedex was never here either on thu or friday!!! I called fedex about this 4 times already, left my telephone and everything nobody is calling me back... called babiesrus and they cant do anything because fedex is still trying to deliver... just because it says out for deliver for the 4th time in a row doesnt mean they will deliver!!!!! ughh I am so frustrated, I dont know what to do... I am thinking of just disputing the charges because nobody is helping me! what would you do?

I had the same issue with FedEx. They left a note on my door that they attempted to delivery a package. Oh yeah!!! I have a house, 2 dogs. 2 cars on the driveway (it looks like everyone is home, right?) and I was awake. If they had rang the doorbell...I would have heard with the dogs. They bark when someone knocks or ring the bell.

I called DH at work. It told them there was NO WAY they "tried" to deliver.

Another time, I saw a UPS guy ring the door. I was 20 ft from the door. By the time I answered, he was gone with a note on my door.

I think the store is responsible for the delivery. That's their carrier. Call them and call Fedex and tell them they NEVER came.

the thing is there was no note on the door at all and dont they send the package back after 3 times something is just so fishy... I am just so tired of calling everyone and explaining myself and they just tell me that I wasnt at home
