AF found me....
And three days early at that- I thought for sure I was pregnant- turns out it was very bad PMS. I am sooo sad.

I know the sadness, many of us do..IT will go away.
Deb told me once during a bad time...and it worked...to allow yourself to feel the sadness for a day or two, then get pumped up to start again!
