Joe's Garage for burgers
I have a sweet spot for Jerry and the Mermaid next to the aquarium for seafood
Star Confectionary is a time warp diner and the food is really good!
Haiku for Sushi is really really good and cheap!
or Blue Duck Bakery does sandwiches and soups

My fav is
farm fresh kitchen
It gets crowded but it's great on nice days, indoor/outdoor view of the river.
