After 3 weeks of my postpartum diet........
I have lost 14 pounds!!!!!!!!!
I've lost 4 inches on my belly, 3 on my chest (damn it), and an inch and a half on my thighs!!!!! 
Keep those words of encouragement coming!! I'm happy to receiving the inspirational emails and FMs!
My goal is to lose 100 pounds after starting this diet. (That will be 150 pounds total since having DS.) Once I can start fully exercising again after my next two leg surgeries, I'm on my way!!!!!
My short term goal is to lose another 40 before my neice's wedding in March.

Would you share what you have been doing? DD is 11 months old and I am having a MUCH harder time losing weight this time around.
