After all these years ----- The Gap
Has anyone / Does anyone shop at the Gap? I've literally NEVER gone in there. I always go crazy trying to find clothes I love, I could literally spend hours at the mall but i've never stepped foot into the gap. I just never thought it was my type of store. I was browsing with my SD the other night & she wanted to go. I was amazed, i'm in love. How did I never know this? lol Everything was me to a "T," I love their boyfriend cut jeans, mint colored sweaters, cream colored shirts, scarves, belts, I love it all! I feel like an !idiot!
Is it just me?

Funny you said this. DH just bought some stuff from there and everything was really cute. I used to shop there years and years ago. Not sure why I stopped.

I like Gap for my kids clothing too. I get great deals on clothes for them. If you think you will shop there alot, I suggest opening up a Gap card. I rack the points up so easily when I use the card to pay for gas, groceries, etc. Right now, I am sitting on $110 in certificates that I can use at gap, ON, BR, piperlime, athleta.

Lately I haven't been into the Gap. I used to buy a ton from there. I do love their jeans though!! Love Gapkids too!!

I used to LOVE the gap, but the one in bay shore closed!! For years they were the only jeans that fit me.
When the Gap in the Sun Vet Mall (the nicest mall EVER) closed years ago I was so upset! Then when south shore closed, I just stopped shopping there.

I love Gap for my whole family. They have such great promo codes all the time. Everything I have is either from Gap or Land's End.

Same here (other than the maternity part). They go through waves - some years my whole wardrobe comes from there, other years not a thing.

LOVE their jeans, hate their tops (a lot) but my kids clothes are all almost exclusively from there.

The one at the Sunrise Mall closed? That shows how often I shop there....although I used to all the time before DS and a house when I had disposable income. Now if I need something, I tend to just go to Old Navy which is their lower end brand anyway  .
I think I got some stuff at the outlet last year for my bday.

Gap is always hit or miss with me for tops, but I like their jeans in petite sizes. I like their clothes for my DD too.

I 'think' they have a new creative director... Might be why some people think it's changed in recent years.
I LOVE the gap. Nothing better for basics (tees, jeans, jackets, blazers).

I love the Gap! This is the one clothing store I miss living overseas-- they don't have any here. They used to, but they all closed down. When I go to England or other countries that have a Gap, I make sure to visit the Gap. It annoys my husband to no end. I can order online, but it isn't free returns.

Love the gap. Been shopping there since 6th grade, but it is kinda hit or miss. A lot of repetitive looks. But I do get quite a few things there year round. Great jeans, shorts, work pants and just love gap kids for my DD. The quality is good. Way better than shittty old navy.

Old Navy is the same way though in terms of hit or miss.
I have found some great buys there however for much less than the Gap which is a total win for me.
I was looking Gap's website yesterday and while they have some cute things, no way am I paying what they are asking.
I have gotten sweaters and such at the Gap and the quality isn't so great either.
It's still one big company.

I should really check out The Gap, I used to go all the time in the 90's when I was in hs, haven't shopped there since, but I always liked their quality.
