After the baby is sleeping through the night...
My dd has been sleeping 8 hour nights for the past three weeks. Last night she woke after 3 hours. She did get her 4 month shots yesterday, so I am hoping that is the reason. I tried to rock her back to sleep, but it didnt work and I had to feed her. Are we supposed to feed them after they show they can sleep the night? I was so confused about what to do. TIA

if they're hungry, yes. DS is 10 months and if he falls asleep before eating enough at dinner I will feed him at night. Luckily he doesn't make a habit of waking for this.

She is still so young and going through huge growth spurts, I'd feed her. (Who am I to talk though, I was still feeding my daughter in the middle of the night at 21 months.)

our daughters seem to be giving us the same trouble....my mikayla has been waking during the night to eat for the past 2 weeks after sleeping soundly through the night for 8 weeks

Re: After the baby is sleeping through the night...
I think it depends. If baby has had a nice big feeding before bed, then I wouldn't unless she was really screaming. But if baby fell asleep while eating before bed & didn't have much, then I would. My DD did this all the time.
