Afternoon Tea in NYC
Does anyone know of any great place for afternoon tea other than Lady Mendl's? They're booked for the day I wanted. Thanks!

Alice's Tea Cup
That was going to be my suggestion as well. I love the one on 64th & Lex as well as the original one on the UWS.

Alice's Tea Cup on 64th Street has an upstairs section that I think can be rented out for private parties. My MOH and I actually checked out the Alice's on the UWS for my shower. They have a private room on the first floor that was actually being used for a party when we went there. It's not very private from what I remember though. There were french doors, but they were open (I'm not sure if they can be closed or are just for decoration) and I could see/hear everything that was going on. We were seated just outside the private room. Hope this helps!
