AHHHH!! Damn Cingular!!!!!
 I want to scream...I had an ATT Wireless phone which not by my choice was switched to cingular...long story short, I finally had to get a new phone to have a cingular plan b/c the ATT one expired and I couldn't use the old phone...anyway, I get the new phone and was told by the representative, I could take it to a cingular store to have them transfer all the numbers on my sim card to the new sim card...yeah, well, no they don't have the plug b/c my old phone is too old, so too bad you have to do it yourself. What is the point of having this damn sim card anyway then!!!!!
Then it was another half hour to set up my voicemail because it got lost in the transfer....IF I wasn't getting a 20% work discount I would switch. I was so happy with ATT - I'm really not liking Cingular.

I always have problems with them
I was an AT&T customer for 10 years before Cingular took over, and I cannot believe that I cannot get the "new customer" price on a damn phone.

I switched from Verizon cuz I needed the international calling immediately - and I hate Cingular!
