ahhhh the hunger!! how to keep up with it!!
i am 12 weeks and finding that i am hungry every 3 hours or so... it's a little annoying!! but id i dont eat i dont feel well!! i can't get the night.... but i'd hate to start waking just to eat!!! and i'm not used to eating before i go to bed either!!
what do you guys eat late at night to stop the hunger?

But I still wake up in the middle of the night hungry. I just have more cheese. I think my little monkey likes cheese just like mommy and daddy

Every 3 hours? Oh please that's nothing, I ate every hour on the hour!!!
Always make sure you have snacks on you - I always kept granola bars on me everywhere I went. And try not to overeat b/c you think you're so hungry, b/c then you get a tummy ache.

Clif bars - things with a lot of fiber, which is good to do anyway - I eat little snacks here and there- a yogurt, an apple, an almond butter and jelly sandwhich on wheat bread.... I just graze - and I havent even gained a lot of weight yet, and I'm almost 4 mts preggo!!!

I wish I had an answer for you but I have the same problem! I am always starving, especially at night. I try and eat liitle snacks too, and try to keep them healthy, like apples or those 100-calorie packs. But then there are the days where I just have to have M&M's (and I am normally not a chocolate or sweets person)! Try and eat small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large ones. That sometimes helps me.

watch your carbs when eating snacks. Great snacks all the time that wont affect your sugar/weight greatly are
those nabisco 100 calorie packs yogurts ( 30 g of carbs or less) 2 cups of pirates bootys 6 saltine crackers try 6 triscuits with cottage cheese and salsa on them- very filling believe it or not 41 gold fish and a nice warm of 1 cup of milk 1% I have a whole list from the doctor these are some of the popular ones
Its important to watch your carbs NOW before you do your 1 hour test., especially if we are not at our "ideal' weight before getting pg.
I wish I knew these things prior to, too.
