Ahhhhhhhhhh-we are going to be homeless soon (okay, so really we will be with my parents, house hunting)
So after waiting patiently for our deal to come through, we are finally officially in contract and should be out of our condo somewhere between Aug 20th and Sept. 20th
But....since our agent didn't want to show us anything and have our hopes dashed away if the deal fell through (and we agreed), we only just began house hunting officially yesterday. Sadly, six of the houses we saw on listingbook that we really wanted to see in person are already tied up either in negotiation or in contract.
DH and I both super picky as for the style of house we want and so this is going to be an extremely stressful next few months.
Thankfully we can stay with my parents for a short while during the search but I am scared out of my skin of all of this.
And to make me feel even more rattled and pressured, our buyer's daughter lives in our condo complex, one building over and our buyer already closed on her house (she was living in PA), She packed up and moved in with her daughter and Sat morning I walked outside to see her car (PA plates) parked two cars away from mine, packed to the gills with stuff from her move
Please send me good house hunting vibes. I really need it!

Do not panic! this is a buyers market and there are plenty of homes available. My wife and I are looking right now and even we are hitting a few bumps in finding the right home and I am a mortgage broker.

House vibes, I know how badly you need them b/c I do too. We have been looking longer than I want to tell you.....it's been LONG and tough to find something decent. Still wake up hoping everyday.
