Ah...the little worries of my life! Party planning - which character?
We are having a pony party but this time I want it to be a "cowboy" type. Like the Wild West.
I thought I would incorporate Woody and Jesse from Toy Story for the characters but not being a Toy Story theme. So everything else is "cowboy".
I can def. find all I need for this theme. Including Woody and Jesse. The favors will have either Woody for the boys and Jesse for the girls.
Perfect, right?
Well, now I am rethinking myself. DC is NOT into toy story. He likes Mickey.
So I could switch Woody for Mickey but I won't have a lot of stuff. Cowboy Mickey is a "collectible". I was going to put Woody and Jesse on top of the cake (cake toper). I can't with Mickey since I can't find cowboy mickey. I can find Cowboy mickey images though so I can still do my cowboy theme, favor tags, etc... But it's really limited.
What to do??????? Stick with Woody. DC will be 4 and honestly only cares about the pony. OR incorporate Mickey SOMEHOW since he likes the Mickey clubhouse show?

I don't think that regular Mickey Mouse Clubhouse goes with a pony party to be honest. I would stick w/ cowboyish stuff. Maybe you can buy a fondant topper off etsy or do an edible image mickey cowboy? We are doing a pony party also. Are you renting one?

No he likes the show and knows Mickey. I would do cowboy mickey.

lol I just re-read your post and realize you didn't mean you would use MMCH stuff...just that he likes the show. It's early...and I'm sick LOL
..and there is a cute Mickey Mouse cowboy applique for a shirt on etsy!

do the cowboy mickey theme! i think it would be adorable.
you might be able to find someone to make a cute topper out of fondant...
etsy has  this shirt
you can also stick to doing mainly the colors of cowboy mickey.... red/brown/black and then incorporate pictures in just little details that you can find.
