Aire blow dry bar at Walt Whitman

Has anyone gone to the Aire blow dry bar at Walt Whitman mall?
I have an appointment in Friday and just curios if anyone has had their hair done there.

I wish I could remember the girl I had...because I really was not happy with my blowout.

Usually when you get a blowout, the stylist will ask if you want it super straight or a little flip, etc. I was going out that night, so I asked for a little body/flip. MISTAKE.

She broke out a curling iron and a can of hairspray and when she was done, I felt like a cast member of the Real Housewives of Orange County. and I don't mean that in a good way.

I probably should have said something when she starting using the iron, but since it was my first visit there...I thought, well, she knows what she's doing. I guess we just had different definitions of a blowout with body.

The price was fairly cheap though...for Walt Whitman. I believe it was $35.

Even though I didn't have a great experience, I'd give it another try...but just be more specific about what I want.

I had a blow out there. I was very happy with how it came out - she did ask me how I wanted it and listened. Lots of volume, curl at the end, not too much hairspray. The girl I had was Kristen.

I had a blow out there once and I will NEVER go back .....

I told the guy , I wanted soft waves but that he had to use a curling iron because my hair is very stubborn ... He basically told me that who ever usually does my hair doesn't know what they're doing and that there was no need for a curling iron he would just use a brush ....

Yeah well. he was TOTALLY wrong , my hair looked horrible and the fact that he bad mouthed my stylist just turned me off totally ......
