AJ's morning photos (with explanation added for non trek fans)
I always dress her up for daycare/school for halloween but never in her actual costume (so its not ruined)
Last year she was an Iowa Cheerleader.
This year.. she's a red shirt Trekker
For those who get the reference of 'red shirt' I hope you enjoy the giggle.
Here's my little space cadet!
I guess in a way she always gets two costumes haha

 us either.. its kinda freaky.. she's so big.. yet so small.
At Target last night an 18mo old baby walked up to her and they were the EXACT same height.. actually the 18mo was a lil bigger... both in height and girth. Kinda scared AJ

my DD has that in a onesie. DH is a trekkie so we have all kinds of outfits for her - it's too bad she outgrew it - it would've been her costume this year!
she's adorable!!

No one in particular.. just a Star Trek outfit.
There's a thing with the Trek fans about the red shirt. In the beginning back in Capt Kirk Days the red shirts were always security/operations type people. For on-planet excursions they were included for random reasons etc... but what really ended up happening was they were expendable. The red shirt ALWAYS got killed first, infected first, or what ever strange thing. So a going joke of being a 'red shirt' sorta took off.
Now most trekkies laugh when they see red shirt star trek type shirts. Sort of an inside joke
Mind you I'm a Star WARS fan firstly. Trek is just fun. (starwars is serious?haha )

Adorable!
Trek fans here too, actually DH got me into it, I grew up on star wars too.
I've been thinking of getting one of these for DS, I needed DH to explain the difference among them.
