AKC Breeds and Personality survey

We are writing to ask you and your fellow club members to participate in an online survey about “Breeds and Personality.” The goal of this light-hearted survey is to determine what personality types are attracted to and compatible with certain breeds. We believe the results will be illuminating and entertaining, and will interest a wide range of news media, much like our annual registration statistics do.



We need hundreds of responses from owners of each of the 157 registered breeds in order to be able to include each breed in the resulting findings. Therefore we’d appreciate you passing this along to as many dog owners as you can and, in particular your breed fanciers.



The survey is completely voluntary and your responses will be kept strictly confidential. It will take approximately 10 minutes. We thank you for your participation and look forward to sharing the aggregated results with you in the future.
