Alex's teacher just called to ask if we gave her drugs!
I'm serious!
Apparently Alex didn't take a nap today. This is unheard of - this is the child who ASKS for nappy time.
Kandy, Alex's teacher thought that was unusual, but what really threw her for a loop was during snacktime. Our usual voracious eater who is the first to sit at the table at snacktime, and who steals everyone's food, who has such an unstoppable appetite that her teachers send notes home every week asking that we send in more food, wouldn't sit at snacktime and didn't eat!!
Apparently, she was the energizer bunny. Running back and forth through the room, never stopping.
So, Kandy asked if we had given her cold medicine because she can't think of any other reason why Alex would be so hyper-energetic and uninterested in food.
Ohhhh, my little tazmanian devil!

Beth have you checked her for her molars (ok after this I am going to stop harping on them!!) or maybe she is going through a growth spurt...or maybe your DH has been taking her for cookies secretly after you secretly take her for cookies on sundays and she is just hyper?!

No, actually, you are RIGHT! I didn't check her mouth but she's been drooling a storm - I mean, she's seriously competing against Sparky in the drool department, so I'm just going to go ahead and assume it's the molars.
Either that, or my daughter is half-human, half-energizer bunny
