all automated phone services should be like the geico one!
anyone ever use it? i almost said thank you to the "man" talking to me. it is very realistic and easy!

I had a problem with no dial tone the other day and I called Verizon. I actually liked the automated call The problem was fixed (main line cable problem) and I got an automated call telling me all was fine.
