its not bad. some dr's say heat them up, some, like mine, says its fine. that there havent ever been any studies that showed that anything happened from them. ive been eating turkey almost everyday for the past few months and baby is fine... enjoy!

if it has any traces of listeria in it, its really bad.

I usually make them at home and heat up the cold cuts in microwave, then cool them off and put into sandwich.

I got the best Roast Beef Sandwich from Iavarrone the other day. Roast Beef heated with onions, mozzerella & gravy. It was big enough for DH & I to share.

I think cold cuts once in a while from a good deli is fine even if they aren't heated.

I had prosciutto & mortadella at my parents house the other day & did from time to time when I was PG with DD. I can't resist the get them from a great Italian deli in Astoria. YUM!!

Eat and enjoy! I had cold cuts on occasion when I was pregnant and everything was fine. If you're worried, roast beef is delicious just warmed up a bit in the oven. Yummy!! Chat Icon

Dig in! I lived on sandwiches during the first trimester because we were on the road a lot.
