All inclusive Mexico Resort
Barcelo Resort in Riviera Maya.
We stayed there in 2011. 5 different levels of hotels. Something for everyone.

Dreams Riviera Cancun - we went 3 years ago and we loved it so much we are going back again this year.

I 2nd Iberstar Paraiso Maya. Been there twice and enjoyed my stay both times.
I recently did Dreams Puerto Adventuras. We had a really nice time. It was much cheaper than Iberostar over spring break and a friend recommended it so we gave it a shot. I still prefer the Iberostar but would go back to dreams. It is smaller which makes it easier with kids but the rooms/halls are more hotel like than resort like which I didn't love. It has a nicer beach area which I found better than the Iberostar for kids- no waves.

I've only cruised to Mexico, but my best friend just came back from Iberostar this weekend & raved about it.
