All Pro Air Conditioning? Anybody used them?

Got a quote from All Pro Air Conditioning in Hicksville. They are BBB accredited but I saw a complaint about them on an internet search that makes me nervous. Has anybody heard of them or used them. Please let me know. Thanks

Sorry - not I. We went with Phoenix Air Conditioning and Heating in Huntington.... They were FANTASTIC!

I think this is the problem with these internet reviews - I just googled your company and they got a couple of bad reviews too. It's so confusing, especially when your spending a lot of money. It could just be a competitor trying to bad mouth them.

Hmmmm - try Service Magic.com or AngiesList.com... They're supposed to have reviews too.

My office used Phoenix for their air/heating system, so I used them.

In our attic, the way they ran the vents/tube things - is so nice - it's so spacious up there, I could easily convert it. Plus, they were just nice to deal with during install - neither my husband nor I knew anything about CAC or anything - they were very patient and explained stuff to us.

I guess go with your gut, you know?

thanks, I think you're right about going with your gut. With the internet today anybody can put up a bad review - like competitors etc. I"m checking the BBB too.
