All these cute dresses and tights ...
Is a slip necessary? Most of my skirts have a lining so it's not an issue but I bought a few cute dresses to go with tights & boots and I'm worried, it'll be all about the cling and the dress riding up to my crotch all day long!! 
ETA: I personally never find Static Guard to actually work for any period of time.
HELP!

I would definitely wear a slip if the skirt doesn't have a lining.
