Almond Milk Half Frozen- Still Good?
I have a carton of Silk almond milk that ended up in the back of my fridge (not where I normally keep my milk), and this morning I noticed that the bottom half of the carton is frozen. The top half is still liquid.
Is it still safe to drink when the bottom half thaws out? I'm using the top half now, and it seems okay...just wondering what'll happen to the bottom half.

I think it is fine, just shake it. The consistency may be off...

Not good! Consistency is really weird when it unfreezes. Been there!

Almond Milk Half Frozen- Still Good?
When I store meat in the fridge for couple of days, I turn down the temperature which causes the milk to freeze a little. I don't know about almond milk but this has happened with regular milk and the milk tasted totally fine.

I thought I'd update now that my milk has thawed out. You ladies are right- the consistency is off. I'm going to get a new carton. Thanks!
