Almost debt free!
We got our taxes done yesterday and we are getting enough back to pay off ALL our CC's! This includes the $7500 tax credit.

congrats!!!!
don't forget that 7500 credit 1st time homebuyer credit--isn't really a credit but a great interest free loan. i'm sure your tax preparer explained that--but sometimes i like to just make sure people do understand that.

Yup- we we're aware of that, Thanks!! I figured since it comes right out of your tax return every year, it's so easy to pay back! Totally worth it us, instead of paying all the interest on our CC!

Absolutely! Its a great loan--interest free and 15 years to pay back--fantastic!!!
