almost over....vent...long
I am just finishing up a 7 night stretch 12-14 hr shifts at work and I swear last night at 8:30pm I almost walked out and quit It got crazy busy in the dispatch center and I had 2 aircrafts flying around all the 911 lines ringing and in the middle of all of this the pilot wanted a marked position This is very time consuming and a pain in the ***I looked at my partner and started to get teary....I said i'm done and she got wide eyed and said I swear they will need an ambulance for you if you leave me. It got better, but around 2am my other partner called a crew and they brought us ice cream to make us feel better 
I love my job but sometimes I just want to throw my hands up and say......Target and Old Navy have job openings. Last night was busy and everyone was shooting eachother, getting into car accidents, or fighting......it just sucked all around....
