Hey everyone !....Had my 7 week sono today and got to hear the nice strong heart-beat ...the sono tech said she saw what might be a tiny bleed on the outside of the sac , nothing to worry about and to just not do any heavy lifting...When I spoke to the RE about it, she too said its so tiny, very common and to resume normal activity- and that it may not even be blood....And obviously if I have any spotting to call the office...So now, of course, even though they say its nothing- I'm a nervous basket case...Anyone else experience this or know anything about it ???...I go back in 1 week, until then, I'll be a loony bin...Thanks

I had this happen to me,
I was to stay away from excercise, heavy lifting and sex.
By 12wk sono, it was completely gone and each time I went back, it was smaller.
I was also told the same, common and most likely it was nothing. It wasnt.
GL and Im sure you will be ok.

same here, wasn't too big a deal, i had gotten worried when i spotted from it but my doctor reassured me that it was outside the sac and not to worry to much

i had this too... wasn't able to have sex my WHOLE pregnancy lol.. but it turned out ok!
