anyone else always hot?
i am sweating all the time,its like i need ac
my dh says its not hot in here but i am baking
anything i can do?
i had twins 6 months ago if that matters,if it is hormones or something

I am hot a lot of the time. My hormone levels are normal. My entire family is "runs" hot so I assume it is hereditary (for me at least).

Me too. And yes I am fat but even when I was not I was always sweaty and hot. My levels r normal so wtf??? Its not like oh just my armpits are sweaty. Its like I get hot flashes full sweats oven roasting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To the op when I was pp I was hot even moreso so that part was hormones. Anyhoo tired of feeling gross and hot too!

Are you breastfeeding? Even if you are not…could still be from the pregnancy!
Were you always hot before? I was always so so so cold prior to having DD. Ever since I POAS and since delivering 8 mos ago, I AM SO HOT. Not sweaty either but just hot and heat flashes like crazy. I don't think I wore a jacket or a sweater the entire winter because I would boil and turn beat red! I keep wondering if this will go away???
