Am I bloated? lol
I seem to be up a couple of pounds that I'm having trouble getting rid of. My husband said I'm probably just bloated and recommended I drink alot of water (which, by the way, I hate - water, that is). Anywho, this is probably a stupid question, but how do you know if you're bloated? I don't think it's possible that i've never been bloated before since people complain about it so regularly, so i'm sure I just don't know how to identify it. Anyone?

Your husband could be right. I would call it dehydrated though, especially if you don't drink water because you don't like it. I would drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water every day for a week and see if it helps! If not, then it could be something else.
