Am I correct when I say that I am
6 months pregnant at 25w1d?
People say I'm too small to be 6 months.

I believe that 24 weeks is the start of your 6th month.

jodi- we are due on the same day- I think we are "within" our sixth month....Not sure when we finish it and start our seventh month though- have to look that up.

It really depends on how you count things -- if you use lunar months or real months. Also, remember when you start your 6th month, you are 5 months pregnant. I find it too confusing, so I just go by weeks.
I'm 27 weeks (in my 28th week), just starting my third trimester, so I think that makes me 6 months pregnant, starting my 7th month.

I am starting my 5th month on Friday and people are always shocked that I am even pregnant. First babies don't pop right away!

and then 40 weeks is like "full-term" I guess you could say.

see i get confused on how to word it also. i guess u say u r "in" your 6th month - but u r sixth months when u actually complete the whole month???
i go on storknet.com and click on week by week so i can figure out which month is which. (it tells u below the diagram) according to that week 19 starts month 5 - so i just say i'm in my 5 month.

This is right is you go by lunar months, so pregnancy is 10 months. If you're counting real months (a 9 month pregnancy), then this wouldn't work.

I do this too. Only because people tend to calculate each month being 4 weeks, so I just go along with them. According to WTEWYE, it would be different though. But most non-preggo people don't go by the "prgnancy calendar" they go by the regular calendar. So, to keep it simple, that's how I calculate it.
