Am I counting my chickens before they hatch?? (Job and Daycare related)
SIL submitted my resume to her company for me. They are hiring and it is somewhat promising, but as we all know, there are no guarantees in life.
Now, how do I set up daycare? If I do not get this (or another job for that matter) I do not need daycare? What if I goto and check out daycares and the one I like has a waiting list?
PLEASE HELP!! TIA!!

I would wait until I hear something on this job first before thinking about daycare.

Even if you don't have a job yet, I would start looking at the daycares. Whether they have a wait-list or not, you'll be happy that you did your research in advance. It's a lot of work finding a daycare and you may want to visit more than once.

ITA. If they have a spot when the decision comes through you are in a good position to say yes or no...the choice will be yours.

ITA. You want to be able to make the right choice...they will let you know if they have a waiting list, and you can put your name on it (you can decline spot if you're not ready when your name comes up, or take your name off if the job doesn't come through).
But you don't want to find out you have a job and be scrambling to find daycare!

ita! i'm actually looking right now for september and it $UCKS! we should keep each other posted on the ones we like and don't like since we are kinda in the same area. so far i honestly only like the 2 i went to in long island though.
