Am I crazy?
Ok so Im on all these site to check my dates and such. I check the Jonas Method to maybe confirmm dates and my day matches all the other sites day for the OV but now Jonas method says the risk factor is 3 and thats high. Do you think it's accurate? Do you buy into it? Am I overreacting?

Well, I tried the Jonas method one month (when the R-factor was 1) and I didn't get PG. So, no, I don't buy into it and for this month is doesn't even correlate with when I O. I don't think there is really any scientific basis for this.
