Am I getting sick or is this a preggo thing?

I just had what I thought was a hot flash but as it turned out my face just got really flushed and then I started getting chills. Over the past hour the chills have gotten worse and I've started feeling achy.

Now I have a headache and my neck, and back feel sore and achy and I have chills.

I'm still at work so I can't take my temp.

Please tell me this is a preggo thing, I don't want to be sick.

Honestly, that sounds like what is going around in my office, I hope it passes quickly-feel better!

take some vitamin c and lots of liquids hope you feel better soon
