Am I getting sick, or is this the exhaustion everyone tells me about?

I feel really light headed and tired - my eyes are throbbing.... it was very hard to get out of bed this morning, and I've been dragging all day...

Is this 3rd trimester exhaustion, or am I getting sick?

dk..I keep coming back to see the responses=because I do not feel so great today!
but I have achy bones too.
I think third trimester has tiredness..i do not remember from previous pregnancies..

You could be getting sick. In the last 3-4 weeks, I've had the stomach virus and a cold. I've had the cold for the last 2 weeks and I can't shake it. My doc finally gave me some antibiotics bc I've had a soar throat for most of that time.

From what I remember when I was pg with DS, I didn't get really tired until 33 or 34 weeks.

The lightheadedness can be from decreased circulation. The weight of the baby causes circulation to be restricted from the main veins and arteries in our core (that's why they say no sleeping on our backs). So, feet and legs swell because the liquid can't make it's way back through the body and defy gravity. You can also get lightheaded for the same reason.

Just be very careful and move slowly

I only had a three day workweek this week and I'm wiped out I think that third trimester is kicking in.
