Am I going to waste my time wanting my money back for the Childrens motrin and Infant motrin I just purchased?
I called the consumer number and I couldn't get a rep, they were unable to answer the call due to high volume...
I had my DH buy two bottles last week for my toddler and infant because they were both sick and unfortunately the ndc #'s match the ones ont he recall list. I used the infant one twice and the toddler one once. I'm soooo ****** about that. From now on I'm going to buy store brands.
I want my money back. I've never experienced a recall like this...has anyone tried getting their money back and it was a success. I think I'm just going to get the run around calling. Is anyone else trying to get a refund?

Thank you KateDevine. I just called the CVS where I bought it from and they are taking them back and will give refund.
FYI - supervisor from CVS told me that their pharmacy got the email from corporate to give refunds. Just in case the cvs manager/supervisor tells you they weren't notified have them speak to the head pharmacist about it. Unfortunately communication is poor because at first I was being told no about the refund then I was put on hold so he could talk to the pharmacist who did in fact got the emai to give refunds.

Me too. TRU/BRU wouldnt take back my Tyenol bc they dont carry the kind I had, but I got a gift card for the two bottles of Motin. I got CVS gift card for the Tylenol.
BTW: I had no receipt in either store and two of the bottles were opened.

mine was 1/2 used and cvs gave me a full refund

CVS is the best. They had no problem taking back my 1/2 used tylenol without a box or a receipt (and I am pretty darn sure I bought it at Target) they refunded me the difference in price of what their brand cost
