Am I the only one who heard them talking about LI Weddings on Z100 this morning?
At about 8:20 this morning they were reading posts from Liweddings...
I was on the way to the dentist and the funny thing is I never listen to that station...
Did anyone else hear that?
They were reading posts about weddings during holiday weekends...

that had to be a replay because they only play replays on weekends. still cool though!

yes, that was from a few months ago.
danielle, i believe, and carolina made some sort of negative comment about holiday weekend weddings so someone posted about it on LIW-- and then it turned into a huge drama thread and everyone started bashing danielle and carolina-- and Z100 so they started reading the posts to get more people to listen to them and it was this big thing-- kinda funny.
a lot of girls who are getting married around a holiday were very offended.
i'm not getting married around a holiday but i don't mind holiday weddings at all- weddings are fun, for me, no matter what.

yeah, i think it was around last summer - caused much drama on LIW (as usual)..Danielle had said that her mother got invited to a wedding on the sunday before memorial day (or labor day, cant remember) and went off as to how it "ruins peoples weekends" - so a post was started on LIW about it, even LIW girls were calling up z100, and Danielle was reading the thread on the radio!

I don't think that is uncommon on the weekends, I mean, they don't work 7 days a week. And most people don't get up early to listen to the radio (or commute) on the weekends.
I do remember the drama thread on LIW though.

Yes, it's from last year. Lots of controversy on LIW posts at the time.

I'm sure they do, but they probably figure that not many people are up and listening, so why pay someone?
Plus I know when I was commuting to Manhattan on the Xbus, I wouldn't listen to them, but I WOULD put them on on Saturday morning while I was cleaning my house and it was new to me
