Amanda Knox Found Guilty?!
Has anyone followed this trial? I can't believe she did it, it just seems crazy. The prosecutors scenario seems farfetched, but she really did/say some stupid things right after the murder to make her look guilty. She is sentenced to 26 years, her boyfriend to 25.

I saw one of those news shows about this case and I thought she was innocent. The Italian government seems to be railroading her. Lots of sloppy police work and they ignored other evidence. IMHO

While I don't believe she is guilty I am not surprised at all that the jury came back with this verdict. I recently read a very interesting book about the Italian criminal Justice system and this story was in the Afterward, making mention to many of the backward interviewing tactics used and all the bad police work in general. If anyone is interested, the book is The Monster of Florence.

I can't believe she was convicted I feel horrible for her and her family.
The prosecutors whole theory of the night is ludicrous. She was convicted by the jury before they even went to trial
