AMAZING RAVIOLI(SHORTY) i hope she sees this !!
 I've decided I'm going to Shorty's every night for dinner!!! I love when she brings me the left overs!!!
Ravioli with sausage and Mozzerella and artichokes and italian ham !! I just ate a bowl of it and 
She gives me great ideas for cooking!! I can't wait to have my own Kitchen!!

not really a recipe - just a bunch of things thrown together!
I sauteed artichoke hearts, olive oil, prosciutto, and garlic... threw in some sliced organic chicken/spinach sausage from BJs and fresh mozzerella, served over ravioli. Top with a sprinkle of parmigiana. It'd probably be better over penne or mini-rigatoni, but i had the ravioli on hand.
