Amazing Spinach Artichoke recipe in case anyone needs it!

1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Salt and pepper to tasts
One 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup shredded mozz cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a small baking dish.

In bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, parm, garlic, garlic salt, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of the mozz cheese.Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining mozz cheese and bake for about 25 minutes at 350..should be bubbly and slightly browned.

ENJOY!! This is DELICIOUS. A little hard to serve with tortilla chips, they tend to break...but baguette slices, bagel chips, or thicker tostitos would be good! Crackers too!

I make this every year for Thanksgiving and I am a making it this week when we go to my sisters MIL's house. Everyone loves it, including my DH who is a very picky eater.
