Amazon Rant
I know some of you probably love Amazon, but I've had so many problems with recurring charges that I keep disputing but keep turning up on my credit card bill. They keep charging me for Prime Video - but I never use it (nor do my kids). They keep your cards on file and keep charging them even when you dispute. They currently do not have any reps to talk to. So, so frustrating. I've cancelled my Prime membership due to this. Wondering if anyone else has problems with them?

Re: Amazon Rant
Oh yes. When my kids had the Amazon Fire or whatever they are called I was getting billed all the time for various subscriptions. I had no idea what they were, how they were signed up or anything. It was such a PITA

Re: Amazon Rant
I had a similar problem. I called my credit card company and they blocked it from happening. When Amazon tried to charge me again, it was denied. Simple fix.

Re: Amazon Rant
do you have amazon prime?
Amazon prime automatically gets you prime video.
Are you saying they keep trying to charge you for amazon prime in general?
i keep getting fake emails about issues with my prime/prime videos so i just ignore it.
they do automatically renew if you dont cancel.

I opened my cc bill and there was a charge from Amazon music! First time ever! We only do iTunes! Is that the same issue?

I have found the amazon settings to be very lax. The kids have bought stuff and ever since I need to put a 5 digit pin because they were buying movies left and right. Maybe they did that here?

Just got off chat with amazon. I take it back- upon further investigation this wasn’t the first charge- just the first one I caught!!! Seems when we set up the Alexa from Christmas along came a lovely automatic subscription. The rep refunded from December since we did get use it and had no idea. That was nice and I appreciate it.

Re: Amazon Rant
They always been very good about refunding my money for purchases my kid would make when he was like 4. I would always give him the tablet to play with while I showered. I came out to like 15 order confirmation emails once. He bought all sorts of crazy apps. It was like over $200. I had a pin setup, not sure why it didn't work to stop those purchases. They refunded all the money without a hassle. I've always had a good experience with their customer service.
