That theoretical number that they lost is ridiculous. When I couldn't get on during that time I just waited to place my order until the website was working again, so they didn't lose a penny from me. I suspect that is the case with most people.

. I called dh at work and told him amazon wasn't working. He said thank God our cc needs a break! Lol
