Amex or Visa Gift Cards - where to buy?
Does anyone know what stores on LI sell these? Or banks? If you order online there seems to be an additional surcharge plus shipping costs. TIA!

Simon Malls sells the Visa ones. But you pay 2 dollars for service charge.

I know CVS and the supermarkets carry these cards. They both charge a small fee to buy them.

I saw an ad this morning that Citibank sells Amex Cards. I have also seen them at duane reade and rite aid.
I think Amex always charges a surcharge but I am not sure about visa cards. I think any bank would sell a visa gift card.

Visa or MC, at Commerce bank for Free (if you belong to that bank) .
