an irritating question... but i just need to hear "it's ok"
i know this has been posted a gazillion times. but for the past couple days my m/s has been a little better (lots of nausea, but no vomiting). and this morning i woke up with a vicious bellyache that i still have.
it's not cramping, exactly. and it's associated with nausea. but i can't tell if it's GI-related or if it's my uterus?!
it's driving me crazy.
please tell me cramping in early pregnancy is normal (which i know, but need to hear AGAIN, bear with me).
also, tomorrow i would be getting AF, my second missed period. could that have something to do with this?
i'm just freaking out about miscarriage

I had AF like cramps each time I should have had AF for the first 3 months after my BFP. I thought I was having a miscarriage each time.
Now... I also had some abdominal pain (bellyaches) but that was really my guts being shifted by my grown belly. It was belly cramps then I felt I had to go to the bathroom.
Also, everytime I would eat too much, I felt that uneasiness and nausea feeling. Like I was so full and nothing would "go down".

Don't freak out....Maybe something you ate didn't agree with you? Cramping is normal, it's your uterus stretching to accommodate your growing baby. Relax, put your feet up and get plenty of fluids today

At that point in my pregnancy I had cramping. It would happen almost every night between 2-4 am, wake me up but not necessarily keep me up. After a few weeks the cramps passed and I not longer felt them.
It was just my uterus expanding. I jokingly called it the "Nighttime Construction Crew"... it's been quite an expansion
I'm sure it's just that but do call your OB for peace of mind

thank you, girls. i was in a momentary panic. i've got a lot going on in my life right now outside of pregnancy, and the stress just got to me, i guess.
the bellyache is gone... the nausea is not, but that's to be expected.
thanks for telling me what i needed to hear in that moment
