an OLAS question
I know this has been asked before but I couldn't find it.
For anyone who got a job through OLAS did you upload a job specific cover letter? Do they still call even if you don't? Thank you..hope I make sense! It's been a long day!

I did not upload a specific cover letter...mine was general for all the schools...I did get my position from OLAS

I did upload job specific coverletters. Basically I just included that name of the school district I was apply to. For example: Please accept this letter and the enclosed resume as my application for the position of English Teacher at Freeport Public Schools. I've only gotten one interview from an OLAS posting.
