An old rule....still in effect?
Okay I am by no means a fashionista but I do pay attention when mixing certain colors. I read in several magazines lately that it is okay to wear navy and black again? I love both of these colors but not together...what do you think?

I don't even think i've ever seen navy and black together...unless you're talking about a black top with jeans, which is totally fine.

I LOVE royal/navy blue with black...I also like brown with black and a lot of people aren't keen on that either..

See I knew I was right....no way am I doing this! I saw a picture (I forget what mag) it was a woman with black pants, black shirt and navy cardigan sweater.
