...and is anyone going to see American Idols Live this today or tomorrow?
I'm taking my daughter tomorrow night - and I'm just as excited as she is!

I think the concert starts at 7. Does anyone know if there is an opening act? It seems so early for a show to start (not that I'm complaining because I go to bed early!!).

Last year it was waaaaaayyyyyy long. I think it started at 7 and didn't end until 10!!!!!

It was really amazing. Some crityques though:
for a show that pays Simon 50 million a year, you would think that the stage design would be one up from a St. Bridgid's Feast Stage. It was very local carnival. Has me thinking that AI has almost nothing to do with the concert--no AI logo ANYWHERE, shirts, programs, nothing.
They are really great singers. This was the 1st season I watched the show. They need to learn how to be performers now, but as singers they were phenominal. Also goes to show you Brook and the guy with the dreds really needed to go home earlier.
I have been to MANY concerts, but I have never heard a crowd scream as loud as they did for Archie. And even though I HEATED him in season, the kid grew up, gave an amazing performance and no longer looks like a monkey.
Of course Syesha, Cook, Carly and Michael were OUTSTANDING
